    • The Cragboard Giveaway campaign runs from 16th August 2025 to 22nd Aug 2025.

  • Entry Requirements 
        To qualify, participants must:
    • Be a participant of Cragboard, A Kilter Board Comp at Batuu Climbing.
    • Follow our Instagram page (@theelixir.my). 
    • Post a video of you sending Route 14 on your main feed.
    • Tag @theelixir.my in the video and caption.
    • Share your favourite The Elixir Kombucha flavour and the route name in the caption.
  • Winner Selection
    • 1 winner from each category:
      • Noob
      • Okay-lah
      • Geng-chau
  • Prizes
    • 3-month subscription (10 bottles) x1 winner from each post.

  • Claiming of Prize
    • Winners must respond within 24 hours of the announcement to claim their prize, or a new winner will be selected.
    • The Elixir Kombucha team will issue a one-time promo code to be used on our website. Winners must create an account on our website to utilize the promo code. Further details will be communicated to the winners directly.
  • Additional Terms
    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • The Elixir Kombucha reserves the right to replace any prize with another item of equal or greater value without prior notice.
    • The management of The Elixir Kombucha reserves the right to amend or terminate the campaign without prior notice.
  • General Terms
    • The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or failure related to network, communication, or system errors during the campaign period.
    • By participating in this campaign, customers agree to allow The Elixir Kombucha to use their photos or videos for promotional purposes without compensation.
    • The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
    • The Organiser may modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign if unforeseen circumstances arise.
