Subscription FAQ
How will delivery be charged?
For our premium subscription service, not only we remove the hassle of re-ordering on our website, we also give you FREE delivery!
Will I still get points for subscribing?
Yes! In addition to getting fantastic prices via subscription, you will also still gain points. The points will be then available for redeeming coupons for one time purchases if you wanna get more for yourself or for a friend.
Do you collect back the glass bottles?
Yes, we do! It's part of our Save Earth effort to reduce waste and you can check out the page in the menu.
After subscribing, when will I be charged again?
Our system will retrigger payments on the 7th of each month.
If you are on prepaid (3 months plan) then it will be on the 7th of the month it renews.
When is the cut off period?
21st of the month will be the cutoff day. This means that if you order on the 22nd of that month, the order will then be considered for next month. We will contact you for the delivery.
eg. you place an order on the 22nd of Jan, order is considered for Feb.
I just ordered, what flavours will I get?
We will contact you to confirm the flavours!
I would love to change flavours for the next delivery, how can I do that?
You can change flavours, just let us know! By default, we will follow the previous delivery for the flavours, and do let us know if you would like it changed when we contact you.
How can I change my payment card etc ?
You can do so following the steps below:
1. After logging in, go to your "Profile" by tapping on the menu icon (on mobile), top right corner (on desktop)
2. Scroll down and see "Payment methods" and make the changes as you wish.
* Note: There needs to be at least 1 available payment method for recurring subscription to be auto billed *
Can I pause/cancel my subscription?
You can pause/cancel your subscription.
* Note: If you are out of town for awhile, but want to stay subscribed, just pause it and unpause when you are back! There is no need to cancel the subscription *
Steps to pause or cancel:
1. After logging in, go to your "Orders" page
2. Click on the "View subscription history" to manage subscription.
3. Click on the "My subscriptions" tab
4. Click "View Details" on the active subscription you would like to cancel.
5. Click Pause or Cancel
Once an order has been cancelled, we will proceed to fulfill the remaining items, and it will not be renewed moving forward.
