Shipping policy

Delivery Details

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. All orders will be delivered within three (3) business days from the date of payment confirmation. While we aim to fulfill deliveries on the next business day, delivery times may vary based on rider availability, order volume, traffic, and weather conditions.

Delivery Areas & Fees

Currently, we only deliver within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Our delivery fee is RM8 per order. 

Delivery Guidelines

Deliveries are made between 11 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

After an order is placed, we will contact the customer to confirm the preferred time slot:

  • 11 AM – 2 PM
  • 2 PM – 4 PM
  • 4 PM – 6 PM

If a reschedule is needed, customers may request a change, subject to availability. However, we cannot guarantee a specific time due to logistical constraints.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order, as kombucha must be kept chilled and should not be left out for more than 1–2 hours. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee of RM8 will be charged via online transfer before the next delivery attempt.

Promotional Shipping Charges

We currently offer tiered shipping rates year-round:

  • RM5 flat rate for orders RM100 and above
  • Free shipping for orders RM150 and above

These rates apply automatically at checkout based on your cart total.

Shipping promotions may still be offered from time to time. Any promotional changes, limited-time offers, or special campaign rates will be clearly announced on our website or social media channels. The Elixir Kombucha reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.

Recycling Program

Customers may return empty bottles to our rider during delivery to earn stamps on their recycling stamp card.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are final, and we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they must contact us within three (3) days of receiving the order, providing clear photos and details at djartisan24@gmail.com or whatsapp 0149853996. Our team will review the case and arrange for an exchange if necessary.
