Boss's Birthday Giveaway

  • Campaign Period
    • The giveaway campaign runs from 6th September 2025 to 12th September 2025. 

  • Entry Requirements 
        To qualify, participants must:
    • Follow our Instagram page (@theelixir.my). 
    • Tag your kombucha-hater friend in the comments.
    • Wish Jarrel a Happy Birthday.
  • Winner Selection
    • 5 winners will be picked randomly and announced on 13th September via our Instagram page.
  • Prizes
    • Jarrel's favourite trio (Lychee Burst, Floral Twist and Polar Cola) x5 winners.
    • Customisation is not available.

  • Claiming of Prize
    • Winners must respond within 24 hours of the announcement to claim their prize, or a new winner will be selected.
    • Winners must collect their prize from The Elixir Kombucha Sunway Pyramid store, F1.K2A.
  • Additional Terms
    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • The Elixir Kombucha reserves the right to replace any prize with another item of equal or greater value without prior notice.
    • The management of The Elixir Kombucha reserves the right to amend or terminate the campaign without prior notice.
  • General Terms
    • The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or failure related to network, communication, or system errors during the campaign period.
    • By participating in this campaign, customers agree to allow The Elixir Kombucha to use their photos or videos for promotional purposes without compensation.
    • The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
    • The Organiser may modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign if unforeseen circumstances arise.
